Senior Lead Control Management Officer

• Act as an advisor to more experienced leaders in developing risk mitigation strategies for complex and highly integrated business specific risk across different business lines
• monitor, measure, evaluate, and report impact of decisions and business controls
• lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks
• provide vision, direction, and expertise on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
• lead and mentor Control Management project or virtual teams
• engage with all levels of roles across the business group
• manage the RAU end to end
• be responsible for the quality of outputs related to the RAU
• complete central intakes point for RAU related tasks
• delegate to and/or train supporting BCMs as needed

7+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services Industry experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Strong understanding of enterprise risk framework and methodologies
• strong working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
• knowledge and understanding of Control Programs
• direct experience with Issue Management Life Cycle and remediation
• operations experience in consumer operations or fraud and claims management
• advanced Risk Identification and Assessment
• knowledge and understanding of Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) and Veritas
• advanced Solution Design & Development
• advanced Consulting
• experience in consumer lending, servicing, and call center operations within financial services
