Job Description:

Senior Lead Control Management Officer to oversee enterprise-wide control reporting initiatives across the Consumer Technology, Digital Technology, and GenAi organizations. This role will lead and influence technical reporting to multiple CIOs and their staff ensuring technology risk and controls are appropriately documented, reported, and actioned, working with cross functional leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Act as an advisor to more experienced leaders in developing risk mitigation strategies
Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report impact of decisions and business controls
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leaders on implementing innovative business solutions
Lead and mentor Control Management project or virtual teams
Engage with all levels of roles across the business group and serve as an experienced advisor

Requirements:

7+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services Industry experience
Experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide control reporting programs
Experience presenting to executive committees, audit committees, or regulators
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through change, especially in response to regulatory findings or audit issues
