Job Description:

Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to support the Oklahoma and Arkansas market reporting into the Oklahoma office. Our goal is to increase momentum and drive growth with a focused effort exclusively on sourcing new relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive relationship planning activities
  • Strategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients
  • Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships
  • Partner with Commercial Relationship Managers to cross sell appropriate products and services
  • Prospect companies with annual gross sales ranging from $20MM to $100MM
  • Partner with Treasury Management consultants to source, develop and grow TM wallet share and deposit business
  • Act as a top subject matter expert to lead highly complex cash flow, real estate loans, and industry specific solutions
  • Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of most complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo
  • Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding Commercial Banking Relationship Management company wide strategies
  • Strategically lead all levels of professional and managers across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services
  • Established local in-market network with demonstrated knowledge of the Oklahoma and Arkansas market
  • Completion of formal credit training program with underwriting experience
  • Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue up to $100MM
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
  • Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
