Job Description:

Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B supporting the Chicago market as part of the Commercial Bank at Wells Fargo

Job Responsibility:

Develop, retain, and grow client relationships
Act as an advisor to senior leadership
Lead strategy and resolution for complex solutions
Provide vision and direction to senior leadership
Strategically engage across the enterprise
Drive relationship planning activities
Support Business Development Representatives
Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management

Requirements:

7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of core banking products and services
Completion of formal credit training program
Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients
Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships
Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
Experience identifying and mitigating risk
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to have:

Completion of formal credit training program
