Job Description:

Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B supporting the San Francisco, CA market as part of the Commercial Bank

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, retain, and grow complex to highly complex client relationships
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop, influence, or lead the structuring, modification, and renewal of highly complex cash flow, real estate loans
  • Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of highly complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative business solutions
  • Strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control
  • Drive relationship planning activities
  • Strategically support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients
  • Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services
  • Completion of formal credit training program
  • Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
  • Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships
  • Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
