Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM supporting the Fort Worth market as part of the Commercial Bank.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cultivate, expand, and steward complex client relationships by applying advanced relationship management expertise. Demonstrate deep understanding of client needs and financial priorities, proactively shaping strategy, anticipating challenges, calibrating expectations, and delivering thoughtful, data‑driven insights that influence key financial decision makers
  • Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership in the structuring, modification, and renewal of sophisticated credit solutions, including cash flow facilities, real estate financing, and specialized industry offerings. Provide expert financial analysis, guide deal strategies, present recommendations to clients, and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive optimal outcomes
  • Lead enterprise‑level solution strategy for Wells Fargo’s full suite of complex commercial banking capabilities. Leverage deep knowledge of client business models, strategic objectives, operational frameworks, and financial performance to architect tailored solutions by partnering with product leaders and functional experts across the firm
  • Provide vision, direction, and subject‑matter expertise to senior leadership regarding the implementation of innovative, high‑impact business initiatives within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management organization. Requirements:

7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Extensive command of core commercial banking solutions, including complex commercial lending structures, treasury management platforms, and integrated financial services that support commercial and large corporate clients
  • Completion of a formal credit training program, demonstrating advanced proficiency in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and deal structuring
