Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Auto Relationship Manager to join our Florida based Auto banking team.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, retain, and grow complex to highly complex client relationships through the art of relationship management
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop, influence, or lead the structuring, modification, and renewal of highly complex cash flow, real estate loans, and certain other industry specific solutions
Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of highly complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management group
Strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives
Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines
Strategically support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients
Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on client and market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively.
Requirements:
7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Successfully completed FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Completion of formal credit training program
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position
Obtaining FINRA Series 63 and Series 79, or equivalent must be completed within 180-days of date of hire if not immediately available to transfer upon hire
Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory
This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
