Job Description:

Senior Lead Capital Markets Document Negotiator for the negotiation of various trading agreements as part of the growth of Wells Fargo's US trading business within the Corporate & Investment Banking

Job Responsibility:

Prepare, negotiate and track various trading and financing agreements
Act as point and peer reviewed for other negotiators
Drive new business pipeline with stakeholders
Work on regulatory implementation projects
Interpret policy with legal, credit and business teams
Identify and mitigate business and legal risks
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate and influence senior Sales and Trading management

Requirements:

7+ years of Capital Markets Document Negotiation experience
Experience with ISDAs, CDEAs, GMRAs, MRAs and MSFTAs
Familiarity with Sponsored Repo and Treasury Clearing documentation
Familiarity with Dodd Frank documentation issues including Regulatory Variation Margin and Initial Margin requirements
Familiarity with Account Control Agreements
Existing negotiation relationships with investment managers
Experience with reviewing and affirming counterparty organizational documentation and jurisdictional guidelines
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of relevant compliance, credit, legal, regulatory, operational and business policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills
Ability to articulate complex material to diverse audiences
High degree of organization to prioritize and manage multiple negotiations
Understanding of underlying transaction and security documents
Ability to grasp and articulate basic credit, operational, legal and business issues
