Job Description:

Senior Lead Business Lending Relationship Manager position at Wells Fargo serving as a Field Sales Representative in the Agriculture and Construction equipment finance sectors, originating new loan and lease opportunities while building client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a Field Sales Representative within a defined geography
Call and visit dealers and end customers involved in the Agriculture and Construction equipment spaces
Originate new loan and lease opportunities
Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients
Act as an advisor to senior leadership
Independently review and analyze client portfolios
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
Strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise

Requirements:

7+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
5+ years of combined Agriculture and Construction Equipment finance experience

Nice to have:

Experience with inventory finance solutions
