Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead the planning and execution of critical business routines for executives supporting Branch Banking within the Consumer and Small Business Banking as part of their Branch Systems and Transformation division.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the planning and execution of critical business routines for executives
  • Create and manage executive presentations and reporting
  • Support annual investment planning and all corresponding business planning and executive updates
  • Manage business side of HR risk programs
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making
  • Provide coaching and direction to other business execution consultants on the planning team

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
  • Expert level communication and presentation skills for content creation at the senior executive level
  • Solid program/project management skills and ability to manage multiple competing, high priorities at once
  • Expert level collaboration and relationship building at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with financials, data management and analytics
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and pivot quickly to solve the evolving needs of the business
  • Operational discipline, taking accountability for agreed upon outcomes
  • Experience coaching and directing others
