Job Description:

Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant supporting the Enterprise Policy Office, Policy Writing, Administration, and Governance team at Wells Fargo. The role involves advising on development of enterprise policies, monitoring adherence to Policy Management Policy, and driving performance and initiatives through business execution expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives
Develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses
Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Support the Enterprise Policy Office, Policy Writing, Administration, and Governance team

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Risk Management Experience
Experience managing policy or policy implementation
Experience with policy or process design and improvement initiatives
Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Experience with enterprise-level policy governance frameworks
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit response processes
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience advising and educating policy teams on best practices and tools
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Risk Management Experience

Experience with policy or process design and improvement initiatives
