Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in Technology as part of Cybersecurity. The role involves business execution of high-visibility deliverables, managing requests from key stakeholders, optimizing workflows, handling budgets, and improving performance through data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work directly with the Global Head of Counter Threat Operations in the Cyber Defense Management Department to manage ad hoc high-profile deliverables that span multiple information security domains
  • Will have a mix of client expectations, regulatory demands, and deal with constant changes in technology in their day-to-day activities
  • Look at the day-to-day processes, making them faster or more organized, and ensuring that the team is moving forward in parity to follow standardized processes
  • Responsible for assisting with strategic budget management deliverables to align the total cost of ownership framework, including resource allocation across three time zones, technology investments, and operational expenses
  • Will constantly work technology leaders and external stakeholders like regulators and auditors to manage time sensitive deliverables and keep the lines of communication open regarding information security risks, response processes, and incidents that may disrupt business operations
  • Will work with the Global Head of Counter Threat Operations and other directors to engage sourcing and procurement and review new technology before its implementation
  • This role will ensure that new software and systems meets all company standards, is safe, won’t disrupt the company’s production environment, and will comply with all company policy and regulatory rules
  • Lead financial analysist exercises with different pillars under the Cyber Defense Management Team

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Deep understanding on how to optimize workflows, improve processes, increase quality and reduce cost of operations
  • Experience handling company budgets, cash flow, and financial reports to manage expenses across different domains
  • Experience managing complex projects and coordinate cross functional teams to achieve common objectives
  • Experience in a wide variety of information security disciplines
  • Strong content creation and Powerpoint skills

  • Prior experience in managing and effectively influencing large matrixed teams in a hyper-regulated industry with validated experience succeeding with large projects
  • Program and Project Management experience

  • Proven ability lead and manage teams in a matrixed environment, with a history of influence and persuasion over technology teams
  • Ability to execute on tactical decisions on a daily basis

  • Oversee the operational efficiency of multiple disciplinary processes improvement exercises to improve efficiency and increase speed of delivery across the entire organization
  • Must be a master problem solver with the ability to be decisive while making data driven decisions
  • Maintain a solid grasp of data analytics to interpret business performance, identify areas for improvement, and translate the CISO’s vision into day-to-day operational and strategic plans
  • Implement robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data privacy, lineage, and compliance with standards like NIST
  • Collaborate with all fusion center operations and teams to define ensure the daily battle rhythm is consistent the flow of information consistently rolls up and down the management hierarchy
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of project timelines and budgets
  • A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging environments
  • Ability to work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, identify new opportunities with existing stakeholders, and develop new innovative approaches
