Job Description:

Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant under the Business Services & Transformation leader supporting a Chief Administrative Office business. This role will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to leadership, driving performance, supporting key initiatives, and ensuring robust risk management and compliance across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership providing insights and recommendations
Lead strategy and resolution of complex challenges related to business execution
Oversee large-scale cross-functional projects ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives
Develop and implement executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports
Lead and facilitate Leader All Hands and Business Function meeting routines
Develop and deliver communications and plans for organizational announcements
Partner with finance, HR, compliance, technology teams to manage budgets and operational risk
Provide direction to cross-functional teams to drive results
Ensure proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and remediation

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Experience with strategic planning and translating leadership vision into executable strategies
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Strong communication skills with ability to influence and build relationships
Experience in financial services
Expertise in executive-level reporting, analytics, and presentations using advanced visualization tools
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in fast-paced environment
