Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead initiatives, strategy, and resolution of highly complex challenges in Business Execution requiring extensive analytical skills and business expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall) and control requirements
  • Familiarity with record retention policies, data governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
  • Experience managing production data in non-production environments, including data masking and usage controls
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
  • Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization
  • Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology
  • Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches/programs/products to improve overall quality assurance
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of compliance or operational risk
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
