Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead the Dynamics CRM release deployment and manage strategic initiatives and solutions delivery for Business Execution challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
6 years of solutions delivery experience
Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking products and processes
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership and other functional areas
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills and ability to support multiple complex high priority efforts simultaneously
Ability to influence and build relationships with line of business stakeholders
Strong experience delivering products at large financial services institutions
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience and/or thorough understanding of agile methodology
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Experience with JIRA
Experience with Visio
