Job Description:

Wells Fargo Consumer Lending Team is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Consumer Risk Programs Change Delivery Team. The position is responsible for executing several key functions, with a primary focus on strategic data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Job Responsibility:

Lead CEDA Partnership for Enhanced Insights and Reporting
Build and Manage Operational Reporting Suite
Develop Strategies for New Branch and Digital Transaction Data
Execute Strategic Programs to Develop New Reporting Capabilities
Requirements Gathering
Report Request Management
Cross-Team Coordination
Reporting Solution Development
Change Management Support
Operational Support

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Microsoft SQL, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Alteryx, and Excel
Demonstrated proficiency leveraging AI technologies such as CoPilot Studio, Python, Gemini
Strong communication and collaboration skills across various levels and functions
Ability to translate business needs into effective solutions across policy, process, data, and technology
Experience interviewing subject matter experts to extract and document requirements
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with requirements management tools and methodologies such as Jira Service Desk, Agile Jira, Jira Kanban, and BRDs
Self-starter with a professional demeanor and a focus on execution
Experience working in large corporate environments, preferably within the financial services industry
