Wells Fargo is seeking Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within Corporate Properties. The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, Performance Management is a key leadership role responsible for driving the governance, performance, and contractual compliance of third-party real estate service providers. This role serves as the owner of all vendor performance frameworks, including oversight of Critical Performance Indicators (CPIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and enforcement of vendor accountability through consistent reporting, analytics, and root cause remediation. The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and continuously improve the delivery of services across a geographically diverse portfolio.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives
  • Develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses
  • Serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross-functional team using business expertise
  • Drive governance, performance, and contractual compliance of third-party real estate service providers
  • Own vendor performance frameworks including oversight of Critical Performance Indicators (CPIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
  • 5+ years of reporting experience
  • 4+ years of relationship building experience across multiple business lines
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more business intelligence tools
  • 2+ years of data visualization experience

Nice to have

  • Experienced with Power BI or Tableau
  • Demonstrated experience in Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and Service Level agreements (SLA's)
  • Experience working with Third Party vendors driving savings and efficiency
