Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated individual with deep experience advising senior leadership and leading cross-functional teams on high impact business strategies and initiatives. This specific role is focused on driving National Branch Network compensation philosophy and Incentive Plan design ensuring alignment to our strategy, monitoring effectiveness and employee feedback, building training and communication plans in partnership with relevant owners and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives
  • Develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges related to Business Execution
  • Provide vision and direction to senior leadership for implementing innovative business solutions
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses
  • Provide direction to cross functional team using business expertise
  • Drive National Branch Network compensation philosophy and Incentive Plan design
  • Monitor effectiveness and employee feedback
  • Build training and communication plans in partnership with relevant owners and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Familiarity with financial services or branch network operations
  • Understanding of how incentive structures impact frontline performance and customer experience
  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills
  • Ability to influence and advise senior leaders
  • Advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide communication and training strategies
