Job Description:

This role leads the development and execution of integrated internal communications strategies, content, and creative approaches that drive engagement and bring to life high priority initiatives across Global Operations at Wells Fargo.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and continually refine comprehensive internal communications strategies
Provide strategic counsel and hands-on support for proactive and reactive business priorities
Serve as subject matter expert in business communications
Develop unique, original, and impactful internal content
Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and compliance regulations
Own content delivery process for various publishing platforms
Partner with communicators across business lines and functions
Conduct research and apply measurement frameworks to assess content effectiveness

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategic Consulting and Communications
Excellent interpersonal and cross-collaboration abilities
Ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience developing digital content strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Comprehensive proficiency in content strategy, including message development
Proven experience creating integrated communication strategies
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Understanding of Global Operations business lines and functions
Familiarity with SharePoint
