Job Description

At Codvo.ai, we are building NeIO — an AI-native enterprise platform powering intelligent operations across industries like Oil & Gas, Mortgage, and Legal. NeIO fuses Data Engineering, AI Agents, and MLOps into production-ready, auditable systems that drive real business outcomes. You’ll lead a Fusion Team — blending data engineers, AI developers, and domain experts — to design scalable, explainable, and high-performance AI workflows that bring automation to life.\n\nRole Overview \n\nAs Senior Lead – AI Engineering, you will own the end-to-end architecture, delivery, and optimization of enterprise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agentic systems. You will lead a small team of AI engineers to build and deploy LangGraph, Haystack, and FastAPI-based pipelines that extract, enrich, and reason over unstructured data.\n\nThis role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and system design — ensuring every AI service meets enterprise-grade standards of performance, reliability, and governance.

Job Responsibility

  • Architect & Lead: Design and oversee RAG pipelines using LangGraph, Haystack, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs for NeIO applications
  • Mentor & Guide: Manage a team of 3–5 AI engineers
  • perform code reviews, pair programming, and architecture reviews
  • Build & Integrate: Develop FastAPI-based microservices and vectorized retrieval layers (Qdrant, FAISS, Pinecone)
  • Optimize & Scale: Tune embedding quality, latency, and retrieval precision across multi-tenant data lakes
  • Collaborate with Data & GIS Teams: Integrate structured and spatial data using PostGIS, QGIS, GeoPandas
  • Implement Governance: Establish model observability, explainability metrics, and audit trails
  • Drive Delivery: Translate business workflows (e.g., LeaseOps, Recon) into AI automation pipelines with measurable ROI
  • Evangelize Open Source AI: Advocate for enterprise-grade, open-source-first design principles

Requirements

  • 8–12 Years
  • Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, Haystack, OpenAI APIs
