We at Brainstorm Force are looking for an experienced Laravel Developer who has experience with ReactJS or NextJS frontend JavaScript framework. However, having familiarity with WordPress would be a huge plus, as many of our products are built for WordPress. This is a remote working opportunity, which means you can work from anywhere in the world. You’ll be joining a team of talented developers and working on creating innovative products that are used by 7+ million users worldwide. Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with designers, product owners, and engineers to build products that are modern, fast, and genuinely useful
  • Take full ownership of features — from brainstorming and planning to development, deployment, and beyond
  • Lead sprint execution and follow Agile Scrum practices to keep everything running smoothly and on track
  • Architect and develop core features or modules, especially the ones that really matter to the product
  • Write clean, maintainable code that your future self (and teammates) will thank you for
  • Review code from your peers to maintain high standards and learn from each other
  • Optimize databases and implement caching where it matters most for performance
  • Run profiling tools and performance benchmarks to make sure our product stays fast and efficient
  • Perform security and performance audits to keep our codebase solid and secure
  • Work with support, QA, and design teams to quickly resolve any issues or escalations
  • Be part of exciting, meaningful projects that push you to grow, learn, and do your best work

Requirements

  • Built complete SaaS applications from scratch
  • Thinks deeply about performance, scalability, and clean architecture during system design
  • Experience working with background jobs using queues and workers in production environments
  • Comfortable with daily use of tools like xDebug for debugging
  • Writes reliable PHPUnit or end-to-end tests as part of the development process
  • Familiar with React or Next.js and understands how the frontend connects to the backend
  • Capable of designing, building, and securing RESTful APIs, with effective use of Postman for testing
  • Well-versed in CI/CD workflows and confident in managing automated deployments and infrastructure

Nice to have

  • Bonus if there’s experience with Tailwind CSS
  • Extensive WordPress experience is a strong advantage and fits well with our tech stack
