Job Description

Senior Land Surveyor Hamilton $100,000 – $140,000. Two solid Waikato consultancies are both actively looking for Senior Land Surveyors. One is a multi-disciplinary firm with 50+ years of CNI history across surveying, engineering, planning, and environmental science, a well-built team with a genuine reputation in the regions. The other is a specialist subdivision and land development practice with deep roots in the Waikato's high-growth corridors: Hamilton, Te Awamutu, Cambridge, Taupo and beyond. Both are busy, both are growing, and both are good places to work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Surveying or NZ-recognised equivalent
  • 5+ years' cadastral and land surveying experience in NZ
  • Competent in Landonline and LINZ cadastral rules
  • Proficient in 12d
  • NZ work rights

Nice to have

  • LCS registration or actively pursuing it
  • Subdivision experience from scheme plan to title
  • BricsCAD, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D familiarity
  • Rural or topographic survey experience
