Job Description

As a Senior Key Partnerships Manager within the Enterprise & Key Accounts team, you will be responsible for driving growth across Prospa’s highest value partnerships and strengthening our position as the lender of choice. You will build trusted relationships, develop and execute account plans and identify opportunities to improve referral volumes, conversion performance and partner engagement. You will balance relationship management, commercial execution, pipeline management and strategic initiatives, working closely with the Head of Enterprise & Key Accounts, the Partner Specialist team and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio
  • Create and execute structured account plans, with clear short-term priorities and long-term growth strategies
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing performance conversations with partners
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Prospa’s products, credit policy and service models
  • Monitor end-to-end funnel performance across your portfolio
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve conversion rates, speed and quality of deals
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to pilot product and service model enhancements, and credit risk policy adjustments
  • Capture and communicate partner feedback, performance data and insights to influence decision making
  • Identify and engage new partnership opportunities aligned to Prospa’s strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working within a channel sales role
  • Experience in managing and growing partnerships (exceptional training and engagement capability)
  • A proven capability to manage a portfolio and meet budget
  • Excellent relationship building skills with an engaging personality
  • Experience with selling and supporting the finance broker market (would be very advantageous)
  • Ability to be recognised as a valued business supporter and partner
