This position works directly under the supervision of the District Business Manager, Thailand. We are looking to recruit a Key Account Specialist at established threshold to maintain capacity for identifying and growing new accounts within a specific geographic region. Demonstrates the ability to run a territory like a business as an “owner” and closes deals and solidifies loyal repeat buyers.
Job Responsibility:
Manage established End user and Channel Sales Partner relationships
Expand sales in existing customers and distribution partners while actively looking for new customer generation
Maintains intense market knowledge of competitors and market gaps
Provide technical expertise on products (e.g., product lifecycle obsolescence), customer programs (e.g., product upgrades) and customer cost savings initiatives
Achieve sales targets and other KPIs as defined by the management
Visit End users and distribution partners time to time
Generate leads through cold calling, Networking events and follow-ups to successfully close the business
Continuously improve current working knowledge of existing and new products and services
Any other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
7 years plus experience of Industrial Sales
Experience of Metal cutting tools or CNC Machines is added advantage
Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows / Office environment
Good in English spoken & written skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Learning agility, Ability to understand technical products, systems, and solutions
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, the ability to work with different functions
