As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will lead and manage the end‑to‑end performance of key customers at country level, as well as selected Pan‑Baltic accounts. Your focus will be on delivering sustainable growth in volume, revenue, and profitability, while building strong, long‑term customer partnerships. You will act as a strategic business partner, leading negotiations, driving Joint Business Planning and ensuring seamless execution across multiple cross‑functional teams. This role combines strategic thinking with strong execution and stakeholder leadership in a dynamic, matrix environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Key Accounts end-to-end and deliver sales and profitability targets
Lead negotiations and Joint Business Planning with customers
Drive demand planning, forecasting, and pricing execution
Manage Pan-Baltic customers and cross-country initiatives
Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders
Coach and support Key Account Managers
Requirements:
5+ years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG
Strong commercial and financial knowledge
Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
Analytical, data-driven mindset
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment
Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and business planning
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
Structured, resilient, and results-oriented
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint, RGM knowledge is a plus
