Job Responsibility:
Developing comprehensive annual strategic plans for key retail networks
Crafting precise sales and margin targets and ensuring disciplined execution to meet these goals
Proactively identifying and exploiting new market niches and growth opportunities
Maintaining high-level partnerships with key accounts to ensure maximum client satisfaction
End-to-end management of contract negotiations, from initial preparation to final signing
Full-scale coordination of high-stakes seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Easter) and product promotions, including rigorous execution control
Requirements:
Deep-rooted FMCG experience with an active, high-level commercial network
Sharp understanding of P&L, margin structures, and the ability to translate commercial data into growth strategies
Strong professional communication and negotiation skills in English
A proactive, "market-shaper" mindset with the ability to navigate complex retail environments and drive results under pressure
