Job Responsibility
Manage and grow strategic relationships with key modern trade accounts, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and major retail chains
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and category expansion
Drive sales performance by managing both sell-in and sell-out activities in collaboration with distributors and retail partners
Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts regarding pricing, trade terms, and promotions
Drive new product listings and launches, ensuring promotional planning and in-store execution align with launch timelines
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of FMCG key account or distributor management experience
Deep understanding of modern trade dynamics, including category management, planograms, and trade promotions
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of honesty and attention to detail
