We are currently looking for a Senior Key Account Executive for a global Korean food powerhouse renowned for its market-leading brands. This position focuses on accelerating growth within the Modern Trade segment through strategic distributor management, and requires your urgent attention. Reporting to: Sales Manager Location: Petaling Jaya Join a high-growth FMCG company to manage critical retail partnerships and drive brand penetration across Malaysia's leading retail chains.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with key modern trade accounts, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and major retail chains
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and category expansion
  • Drive sales performance by managing both sell-in and sell-out activities in collaboration with distributors and retail partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts regarding pricing, trade terms, and promotions
  • Drive new product listings and launches, ensuring promotional planning and in-store execution align with launch timelines

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of FMCG key account or distributor management experience
  • Deep understanding of modern trade dynamics, including category management, planograms, and trade promotions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of honesty and attention to detail
