Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable, high-performance systems using Spring Boot, Kafka, and event-driven design. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing distributed systems, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
Extensive experience and proven track record in leading projects involving JBPM, RHPAM, BPMN, Spring Boot, Microservices, Drools, and JBPM task management
Expertise in BPM concepts, methodologies, and architectural patterns, with a deep understanding of workflow orchestration and process automation
Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks, with strong object-oriented design skills and architectural principles
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices design principles, with hands-on experience in building scalable and resilient distributed systems
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Prior experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering iterative and incremental value to stakeholders
Strong commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement in software development practices and processes
