Critical Thinking & Innovation: Demonstrates strong analytical skills, consistently proposing innovative solutions to enhance existing components and build new functionalities. Leadership & Team Building: Has proven capability in leadership, including stabilizing projects during crises, building high-performing teams. Should have strong working experience of Agile environment
