Job Description:

The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst role involves applications systems analysis and programming activities, including the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify and define necessary system enhancements
Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions
Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
Conduct testing and debugging
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts
Identify problems, analyze information, and recommend and implement solutions
Resolve issues by applying guidance and experience
Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment
Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on application development experience
3+ years of Technical Lead experience
Experience with Java 17 or above, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c), Spring Boot 3.0, Hibernate/JPA, Microservice, distributed application
Familiarity with Angular 14+, JavaScript, and DB Design and Optimization
Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
Financial Services experience
Experience in leading the development of full stack software solutions
Experience working in agile projects, good knowledge in DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Good verbal communication skills
Proactive working attitude, quick learning ability, strong ownership and responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit
