Job Description:

Are you a heavy-hitter in the payments space? We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer with deep expertise in the ICON IPF framework to spearhead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical payment systems. You'll be diving into modern, cloud-native architectures, building robust solutions that move money globally while collaborating directly with some of the world's leading banking institutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect and build high-performance payment engines that are scalable, secure, and resilient
  • Collaborate as a technical bridge between the code and major banking stakeholders
  • Navigate the nuances of asynchronous messaging and complex financial workflows
  • Mentor junior peers and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of Java development experience
  • Expert-level Java 11, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation using the ICON IPF framework within a banking environment
  • Strong experience deploying to AWS and managing high-throughput, asynchronous data with Apache Kafka
  • Deep understanding of ISO 20022 standards, diverse payment types, and global clearing schemes
