Job Responsibility:
Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure Java Spring Boot microservices using industry best practices and design patterns
Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code
conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality standards
Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical roadmap for the microservices ecosystem
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the microservices
Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver features on time
Mentor and guide intermediate and junior developers on technical best practices, coding standards, and microservices development
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional development experience with Java
Deep and demonstrable expertise in developing and deploying Java Spring Boot applications within a microservices architecture
Strong understanding of core Java concepts, including concurrent programming, threading, and object-oriented design (OOD)
Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases, including effective schema design and query optimization
Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
Nice to have:
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a strong plus
Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) for inter-service communication
Experience implementing security best practices (e.g., OAuth2, JWT) in a microservices environment
