Job Responsibility:

  • Engineering: Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems
  • Design: Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to system architecture
  • Code Quality: Lead code reviews and enforce best practices (SOLID principles, Design Patterns)
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior/mid-level developers
  • Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application and database layers

Requirements:

  • Core Java: 4+ years of professional experience with Java 8/11/17+ (Collections, Multithreading, Streams)
  • Spring Ecosystem: Deep expertise in Spring Boot (Microservices) and Spring MVC (Web Tier)
  • Enterprise Java (J2EE/Jakarta EE): Solid understanding of EJB, JMS, Servlets, and JSP
  • ORM/Persistence: Strong experience with Hibernate, JPA, and writing optimized SQL queries (PostgreSQL/Oracle/MySQL)
  • Architecture: Experience designing RESTful APIs and understanding Microservices vs. Monolithic architecture
  • Testing: Proficiency in JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing
  • Tools: Expert knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
