Job Description:

The Digital S/W Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for technical guidance, development leadership, and architectural direction. The role involves designing and implementing high-quality systems, collaborating across teams, mentoring developers, and contributing to the organization's development strategy. The position requires strong knowledge in Core and Advanced Java, distributed systems, Cloud, and Agile practices.

Job Responsibility:

Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts and serving as a development lead for most medium and large projects
accountable for exhibiting a strong understanding of client core business functions
required to support situations in which end user consultation is required to identify system function specifications and incorporate them into overall system design and delivery
utilize comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology to achieve technological objectives
assist in the planning and managing of application development assignments generally involving large budgets, cross functional projects or multiple projects
provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase
publish and communicate design review extensions aligned to sprint plans and timelines
participate in micro services and NGA code reviews
empower SDEs and their teams by mentoring and coaching
direct teams on developing and delivering efficient systems with proper resource usage
create plans with clear paths to delivery and track and mitigate issues/risks
demonstrate ability to implement continuous improvement and apply best practices to SDLC

Requirements:

12-15 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role with subject matter expert in one or more areas
strong knowledge of Core and Advanced Java, Spring Framework, RESTful and SOAP web services
experience with distributed caching technologies such as Gemfire or Redis
proficiency in Cloud technologies including Spring Boot Microservices and AWS/OpenShift
experience with persistent storage technologies (RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB)
experience with Splunk, Splunk Dashboards and writing complex Splunk Queries
knowledge of Gen AI Tools such as GitHub Copilot or Devin
experience with source code management tools (Git or Bitbucket)
understanding of clean coding principles and code quality measurements using tools like Sonar
ability to design and implement unit, integration, and BDD tests
excellent debugging skills
strong experience working in Scrum/Agile Environment
strong experience in using Project Management tools such as JIRA, including proficiency with JIRA Dashboards and Confluence
good written and verbal communication skills
team leader comfortable interacting with various stakeholders and comfortable with problem-solving in dynamic situations
