Job Description

For our Client in the banking industry, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join the team in Warsaw.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new features
  • Following software craftsmanship and DevOps best practices
  • Providing production support, bug fixes, and enhancements
  • Contributing to release management and CI/CD pipelines
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Collaborating within the Dev Chapter and across teams
  • Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies (3-week sprints)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a developer
  • Strong skills in Java (17+), Spring Framework (Boot and Batch) and SQL
  • Database expertise: Oracle or PostgreSQL
  • Experience with hexagonal architecture
  • Familiar with CI/CD/Dev tools: GIT, Docker/Kubernetes, GithubActions
  • Expertise on Craftmanship practices: TDD, BDD, Clean Code, SOLID principles
  • Combine technical Expertise, problem solving and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
