Job Description:

Senior Java Developer position in the banking domain to revolutionize how Citi manages financial documents by modernizing tech stack and implementing cutting-edge LLM technologies. Opportunity to develop solutions that redefine efficiency and intelligence in document processing on a global scale.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
Implement solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases
Work closely with Tech Lead, architects, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Participate in code reviews
Debug and resolve production issues
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Revolutionize how Citi manages financial documents by modernizing tech stack
Implement cutting-edge LLM technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot and related technologies
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Previous experience in the banking or financial services domain
Exposure to distributed systems and microservices architecture
Knowledge of security best practices in application development

Nice to have:

Familiarity with React.js
Python development skills
AI/LLM technologies experience
Front-end development using React.js
Scripting or tools using Python for automation or data processing
Integration of AI/LLM technologies into applications
