Job Responsibility:
Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
API Excellence: Build and document secure RESTful APIs that serve as the backbone for our web and mobile applications
System Optimization: Conduct performance tuning, hardware sizing, and query optimization to ensure low-latency responses
Mentorship: Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of clean code and SOLID principles
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience with a heavy focus on the Java ecosystem
Spring Mastery: Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
Database Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB/Redis) is a plus
Microservices: Practical experience with microservices architecture, including service discovery, circuit breakers, and centralized configuration
DevOps Culture: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) and containerization via Docker/Kubernetes
Nice to have:
Modern Web Frameworks: Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js
Mobile Development: Experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile apps
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
