Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) and microservices architecture
Lead development efforts for new applications and services, including new projects
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Define and enforce coding standards and architectural best practices
Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, Product Managers, and Frontend Engineers
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
Contribute to system architecture design and decision-making
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

6+ years of professional backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot framework
Solid understanding of microservices design principles and patterns
Experience building systems from scratch, including project setup, database design, and deployment
Proficient in RESTful APIs, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and asynchronous processing
Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong problem-solving skills and a performance-driven mindset

Nice to have:

Experience with domain-driven design (DDD)
Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams
Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus
