• At least 8+ years of working experience for backend development using Java SpringBoot Framework
• At least 8+ years of working experience in designing, developing and maintaining high traffic web products
• Experience or knowledge of front end and backend development technologies
• Experience working in Agile teams - especially Scrum
• Experience with deployment environments like docker containers etc
• Hands on experience of leading small to medium size development teams - assisting them with task identification, clarification, guidance on technical decisions, selections etc
