Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and mitigating risks. This role requires hands-on experience with ITAM processes, tools, and frameworks, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

IT Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of hardware, software, and licenses

Requirements:

Strong background in managing the lifecycle of IT assets
Hands-on experience with ITAM processes, tools, and frameworks
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Experience with ServiceNow, including CI relationships
Automation of ITAM processes
Strong hands-on experience with discovery and normalization processes
Proactive risk management and conflict resolution
Structured training and knowledge transfer for ITAM tools
Integration of ServiceNow with systems like procurement and finance
