Job Description:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams; deliver technology solutions; ensure customer satisfaction; manage project strategies and solutions; offer technical consulting and expertise; contribute to company successes and profitability

Job Responsibility:

Verify and implement detailed technical design solutions
Provide detailed technical design for enterprise solutions
Analyze and develop enterprise technology solutions
Lead the technical assessment and delivery of solutions
Coordinate implementations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions
Provide advanced technical consulting and advice
Respond to technical information requests
Develop technology solutions for customers
Engage in technical problem solving
Share and manage knowledge within a community
Contribute to sales activities and solution proposals

Requirements:

8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
Monitoring Tools
