Design the future of our internal operations and scale our productivity through AI-driven workflows! We’re looking for a Senior IT Systems & Automation Specialist to join our IT team in Helsinki. This is a hybrid role where you will run the day-to-day IT operations and systems administration while also driving workflow automation using n8n and AI-enabled tooling. The goal is to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and streamline onboarding, offboarding, and internal operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and maintain complex n8n workflows and API integrations to automate internal processes (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, etc.)
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party services into automated workflows
  • Write and maintain scripts using Python, Bash, and Java (basic to intermediate)
  • Administer Google Workspace (users, groups, policies, security settings within IT scope)
  • Run and automate onboarding/offboarding: accounts, groups, permissions, device provisioning, access removal
  • Own asset management: inventory, lifecycle, repairs, replacements, license tracking
  • Provide great customer service: You'll be a hands-on in providing great support along with your team to our global employees

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, or specialized Automation roles
  • Deep experience building automations with n8n or comparable platforms, including thorough knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party services
  • Solid scripting skills in Python and Bash (Java is a plus) to handle technical integrations and custom tooling
  • Google Workspace Admin skills and a background in managing modern, cloud-first SaaS environments
