Job Description:

This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to support and enhance the IT infrastructure of a dynamic organization in the museum and art gallery sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT systems, ensuring seamless operations, and implementing best practices for security and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and maintain SaaS services, endpoint security, vendor relationships, and IT inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Oversee technical support for end-users, addressing issues promptly to maximize productivity
  • Lead hardware and software deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance efforts
  • Collaborate with People Operations to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment provisioning through Rippling
  • Administer and optimize office networks, ensuring robust connectivity and reliability using Ubiquiti
  • Support Google Workspace operations, maintaining functionality and resolving issues as needed
  • Work closely with internal development teams to provide technical assistance for proprietary applications
  • Implement security best practices across IT systems and networks to safeguard organizational data
  • Ensure the functionality of Google Meet and AV equipment within conference rooms to support uninterrupted meetings
  • Standardize processes and establish operational best practices to improve transparency, speed, and quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Rippling, Google Workspace, Freshservice, and Azure Sentinel
  • Familiarity with Airtable, HubSpot, Confluence, Figma, and Five9 platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both hardware and software issues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage endpoint security operations and SaaS services effectively
  • Experience in vendor management and IT inventory oversight
  • Solid understanding of network administration and optimization, including Ubiquiti systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
