Job Description

Our Information Technology team is looking for a Senior IT Support Administrator that will provide support to our San Diego office. As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of applications and systems giving you exposure to the latest that enterprise technology has to offer.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide timely responses and resolutions to both PC and Mac users
  • Serve as a primary steward for your local office – while also supporting our hybrid workforce
  • Manage local A/V systems and be the local liaison for all-hands meetings
  • Manage permissions and access through: Azure Active Directory, Office 365, JAMF, NinjaOne, and Google Workspace
  • Engage with team members within and external to IT to improve the overall IT experience
  • Work with third party vendors and solution providers

Requirements

  • Strong customer service focus combined with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ITIL based helpdesk system (We utilize Freshservice)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience providing end user technical support
  • Self-motivation to accomplish team goals
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiar with Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, JAMF, PowerShell, ServiceNow, Workato, Meraki
  • Zoom Room experience preferred
  • Familiarity working with a 100% cloud environment
  • Eager to develop proficiency with AI-driven tools and apply them to improve workflows, decision-making, and efficiency
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and work cross functionally across all departments
  • BS/BA degree preferred
