An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior IT Administrator to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organization in the pharmaceutical sector. If you’re passionate about IT infrastructure, proactive support, and innovative solutions, this role is for you! The position is full time, permanent and based in Athens, northern suburbs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP)
  • Administer and evolve our Azure infrastructure – virtual machines, identity, networking, and storage
  • Manage and secure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Defender
  • Undertake and proactively assist the team’s daily operations in supporting business requests
  • Participate in procurement and vendor proposal evaluation processes
  • Assist in internal IT training
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support to employees
  • Proactively monitor system health, performance, and security posture.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar IT & Systems administrator position
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments
  • Good knowledge in networks, firewalls and backup technologies.
