Job Description:

Senior IT Specialist position at Hiliwatu Bali Ubud, A Tribute Portfolio Resort. Troubleshoots technical problems, provides technical guidance, manages applications and user accounts, maintains records, trains users, and manages telecommunications activities.

Job Responsibility:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software and systems
Provide technical guidance and recommendations
Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements
Manage and maintain applications programs and user accounts
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions
Train users in proper use of hardware or software
Manage telecommunications activities including client/server support
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
At least 2 years of related work experience
Experience working in Indonesia and resorts
Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
Pre-opening experience highly preferred
