Job Description:

Lead senior-level Scrum Master activities to manage customer expectations, align with team capabilities, and oversee optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include ensuring methodology compliance, optimizing sprints, and fostering team spirit within a multicultural IT environment.

Job Responsibility:

ensure compliance with the methodology
avoid blockages within the team and manage any type of problem
ensure the optimization of productive time within the sprint
encourage team self-management and team spirit
have conversations in English with external teams

Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects
experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment
stakeholder management and communication skills (including fluency in English)
strong communication skills and team player
