This is a long-term contract opportunity in the scientific instrument manufacturing industry, where you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly within corporate and technical domains.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract professionals with relevant experience
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts
Utilize Workday Recruiting and other tools to track candidate progress and maintain organized records
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' background and suitability for the role
Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for both current and future hiring needs
Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on recruitment best practices and market trends
Leverage multiple recruiting sources to identify and engage potential candidates
Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process
Deliver timely updates and reports on recruitment metrics to leadership
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including corporate and technical hiring
Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using various methods and tools
Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
Nice to have:
Experience in engineering or scientific recruiting is highly desirable
