We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead and drive high-level recruitment across SmartOSC Vietnam and global markets. This role focuses on hiring senior-to-executive positions including Senior Managers, Directors, and key leadership roles that have a strategic impact on the business. The ideal candidate brings strong market insight, executive-level stakeholder management skills, and a headhunter mindset with the ability to identify, engage, and close top-tier talent in competitive markets
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership positions across Vietnam and international markets
Partner closely with C-level executives, Directors, and Hiring Managers to understand strategic hiring needs and provide talent advisory
Proactively source, headhunt, and engage high-caliber candidates, including passive talent
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical capability, leadership competency, and cultural fit
Manage candidate experience at an executive level, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and timely communication
Drive offer negotiation and closing, aligning candidate expectations with business needs
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future leadership roles
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trend analysis to stakeholders
Continuously improve recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition
Proven track record in hiring senior-level and leadership roles (Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent)
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), able to work directly with global stakeholders and candidates
Solid experience in headhunting, executive search, or recruitment consulting
Candidates from headhunting or recruitment agencies are highly preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple senior searches simultaneously, and deliver results under pressure
Strong business acumen and understanding of IT, technology, or digital roles is a plus
Nice to have:
Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a huge advantage
