The Opportunity We are currently partnering with several established financial services organisations that are seeking experienced Senior IT Project Managers to lead their most critical technology initiatives. The Role As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will act as the central point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams to ensure all business objectives are met. You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, whilst maintaining rigorous standards of governance and quality through the proactive management of project artefacts, risks, and resource allocation. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects. Extensive background in Agile application development specifically within the financial services industry. Proficiency in key project management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint. Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all organisational levels. Demonstrated experience in effective risk, issue, and resource management. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment. Analytical mindset with a track record of tracking project metrics and delivering comprehensive status reports.
